•Stock analysis and purchaser
1.2.Requirements
•A minimum of 5 years work experience with a
demonstrated experience in similar roles
•Strong people management skills, ability to lead a
high performing, passionate and engaged team
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to manage all areas of restaurant
