and receiving feedback from potential and existing customers - Making
deliberate follow ups with clients of their experience with the
chauffeuring team - Responding
to enquiries from clients and potential customers online and physically - Initiating
and following through social media live chats - Responsible
for developing and implementation of digital marketing strategies - Co-ordinating
client communications and the operations team to ensure customised
solutions that meet and exceed expectations of customers - Planning
and implementing cohesive public relation strategies with potential
clients and strategic partners - Playing
a supporting role in identifying new business opportunities - Developing
new marketing strategies that suit changing business environment

- Marketing/communication
degree or other relevant degree - Tech
and social media savvy - Friendly,
patient, Passionate about quality, well groomed and elegant - Certificate
of good conduct - Posses
customer service experience in a high end environment - Previous
luxury product and/or automotive experience - Excellent
organizational skills and acute attention to detail - Strong
strategic and analytical skills - Excellent
communication, writing and client service skills - Track
record of working in a collaborative environment with multiple clients and
agency partners - Ability
and willingness to work weekends - Proficient
with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Performance
driven and hands on individual - Enjoy
