Key Duties and
Responsibilities: 
  • Be
    responsible for filing court pleadings and other legal documents in the
    registry of companies such as resolutions, annual returns
  • Carry
    out process service
  • The
    Legal Clerk will also arrange and distribute board papers
  • The
    incumbent will also be responsible for all the clerical work such as
    photocopying, binding, printing, maintain a filing system of all
    department documents and files
  • Sealing
    and recording of the cheques
  • Update
    and maintain a legal database
  • Maintain
    a diary for the court cases
  • Manage
    correspondences from the CS’ office to other departments and or offices
  • Perform
    any other duties that may be assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    applicant should hold a Diploma in Law
  • At least
    two (2) year of relevant working experience in an established firm
  • Possess
    excellent communication, organization and public relations skills
  • Good working
    knowledge of basic computer applications
  • Demonstrable proficiency
    in legal research
