You will lead
a team of consultants and manage projects in Malaysia. You will work closely
with clients, as their representative, and ensure effective delivery within the
expected time, costs and quality objectives.

- A Good
Degree in Project Management/Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Building
Science from a recognized university or a Good Diploma from a recognized
polytechnic. - At least
5 years’ relevant project management experience - Experience
in managing large or complex projects is preferred (Applicants should
state the areas of his/her direct involvement or responsibilities in each
project managed, preferably with developers, owners or contractors) - Willing
to be stationed overseas for at least 2 years. Suitable applicants will be
posted to Malaysia. - A basic
knowledge of the Bahasa Melayu is preferred, as suitable applicants may be
posted to Malaysia. - Possess
Leadership, good communication and interpersonal skills
