Manager, my client is seeking a customer focused, self-motivated, well
organised team member with all round building knowledge and report writing
skills. This suits a tradesperson that wants to get off the tools.

The main responsibility of the position is to
investigate the cause or loss of damage, quantifying repair work, estimating
and writing of reports under the domestic insurance claim process.

Responsibilities include:

Provide detailed assessment reports and scope of
works outlining the circumstances surrounding damage

Provide adequate photographs to substantiate all
claims attended.

Liaise with Insurance companies, Internal
Assessors, Project Managers and all customers

Managing the customers expectations and complaints

To be considered for this role you will need to:

The person will need to service the Northern,
Western and sometimes Eastern parts of Melbourne. There is an expectation to
attend the Carrum Downs Head Office location once a week.
