About You
We are looking for a talented Head chef who has passion and drive to make his
mark in this bustling beachside restaurant. Whe
n the summer days come
around and the beach on your door step you will feel the ocean breeze as
you work.
You must have great leadership skills and your team could be as large as 25,
this is a fast paced environment is not for the faint hearted. If you are
an outgoing chef who has strong understanding of the back of house
operation especially financials and a proven track record in delivering
them, then this could be the role for you.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Head Chef with a minimum of two years in
a similar role. In this incredibly busy restaurant you will need to have the
ability to think on your feet and keep motivated while rallying your brigade.
With the ability to work on menu development and explore cooking techniques
this is an incredibly interesting role and could be the next exciting step for
you.
