IT Support Executive

Responsibilities:
As an IT Support Executive, you are
responsible to provide IT technical support to Trading
Representatives, Independent dealers, Financial Advisory
Representatives as well as staff located in the main office and our
Investor Centres. You are also required to install new PCs as well as
provide basic network support. In addition, you will be tasked to maintain
a virus and spyware free PC environment.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Studies or
related discipline
- 2-3 years in IT front line support
function with experience in Windows platform troubleshooting and
problem resolution
- Rational, good interpersonal and
problem-solving skills with an interest to learn
- Prior working experience in stock
broking/financial industry preferred
- Only Singaporeans and Singapore PRs may
