days a week) Office Assistant for its busy Operations Department to assist with
the daily operations of the Vancouver head office and satellite production
offices. The successful applicant would report to and assist the Office Manager
with such tasks as:

- Maintenance and repairs
- Office cleanliness
- Ordering supplies and running errands
- Updating office databases
- Inventory/organization of storage spaces
- General assistance as needed for Productions,
Post-Production and I.T. departments - Online DVD sales and distribution
- Event planning
- Email management
We are looking for a jack/jill-of-all-trades who
has great organizational, communication, and time-management skills. The ideal
candidate is self-motivated and great with people. Some Broadcasting/TV
knowledge and previous office experience is required. Must have a valid drivers
license.
