Paid Media Practice Lead Job Vacancy in Canada

JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting conjointly
to the the Head of its practice and to the Digital Marketing Production
director, the Paid Media practice lead oversees its practice across all
production teams in Canada.

The Paid Media
Practice Lead role is key to iProspect as the Practice Lead acts as the
innovation champion for its practice.

Role &
Responsibilities:

•Standardize
practice across all production teams and implement processes with the team
leads/head of practice.
 – Support production team in M

ontreal and Toronto (8h/month)
 – Redefine and implement new processes/methods/standards (when needed)
every quarter
•Responsible for production output, and ensuring that production standards
remain high and ahead of the curve (with the Team Leads)
 – Review sporadic tasks to make sure analysts follow the standards and
review
•Assure the alignment of practice with Global
 – Connect and discuss with other practice leads around the globe at least
once a month
•Create official POV (point of view) memos for every significant industry
change (e.g.: 100% not provided, Hummingbird release)
 – Email iProspect CA when it happens
•Produce a monthly “Digital Performance Industry & Best Practices Review”
•Inform the company of what is happening in the industry/practice
•Support sales team for pitches when needed
•Setup accounts, campaigns and adgroups respecting clients goals.
•Generate new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the
creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.
•Provide creative ad copies suggestions and graphical ad templates.
•Perform daily account management and of pay per click accounts on Google
AdWords, Yahoo, Bing and other search platforms for a variety of clients.
•Manage large keyword lists.
•Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps,
impression share, quality score and other important metrics.
•Manage Display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual
advertising platforms.
•Proactively research campaign issues and formulate actionable solutions based
off findings
•Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools, including but not limited
to Google Analytics, comScore, and Compete
•Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major
search channels.
•Communication to PPC Lead and Digital Strategist on project development,
timelines, and results.
•Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly client reporting for all major metrics,
goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
•Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting
tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals.
•Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities,
campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid
search in accordance with client goals.
•Identifying opportunities in the marketplace
•Growing opportunities for existing clients
•Preparing sales pitches focused on PPC and Display

REQUIRED
QUALIFICATIONS:

•Demonstrated
exceptional performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of
responsibilities and excellent technical and communication skills
•Ability to be a strong technical leader, and occasionally manage client
communication without requiring Account Supervisor involvement
•Must be able to draw critical analysis from data and make specific
recommendations – i.e. adapted to change strategies and recommendations based
on data sets
•Strong leadership qualities, comfortable contributing to company’s thought
leadership on industry topics

Work Experience:

•5 years experience
in professional setting, ideally 2 years in digital agency setting:


Education:

•Bachelor’s degree
required


Required Skills:

•Experience in
managing complex initiatives
•A good general understanding of all digital marketing tactics
•Ability to learn new industries and new business types quickly and can apply
this knowledge to internet marketing initiatives and achieving client goals
•Experience with digital marketing tools like Brightedge, Advanced Web Ranking,
AHref, Cognitive SEO, Google Keyword Tool, Adwords, Google Analytics, Omniture
•Google Analytics and Google Adwords Certifications
•Ability to measure and understand the effectiveness of marketing production
against project KPIs, and offer solutions and ideas to improve upon them
•Self-driven, thrives in an autonomous and results-based environment
•Ability to effectively communicate ideas, tactics and results in a fast-paced
team-oriented environment


TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Permanent full-time

WAGE: $28.20/h
