Assistant Technical Supervisor / Technical Supervisor
(Based in Selangor)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review performance to meet service
time frame. - Monitor & evaluate performance of Indoor/
Outdoor Service Technicians. - Attend to customer’s technical enquiry and
provide solutions, feedback. - Ensure all defective products are repair on
time and perform quality control tasks - Initiate policies and procedure to facilitate
effective functioning of TSS. - Co-ordinate workflow between section for all
incoming and outgoing movement of defective products. - Generate service reports & perform ad-hoc
duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a
Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post
Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering
(Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic),
Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. - At least 3 year(s) of working
experience in the related field is required for this position. - Able to communicate Mandarin would
be an added advantage - Monitor, train and lead a team.
- Knowledge of trouble shooting and
problem solving skills. - Malaysian citizens only.
