Our Client is a leading-edge organisation in the global financial arena and is currently seeking to recruit an Administrator to be based in their office in Thessaloniki, Greece. A competent administrator/office manager and project manager, bi-lingual in English and Greek, is sought to join a young and dynamic team in Thessaloniki, Greece. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years secretarial experience, be fully competent with Microsoft Office, including Access database management, and will provide a full range of secretarial, administrative and organisational support as follows:

• Manage the office and work with the administration team of an international network of companies, including translation.
• Diary management, organising and coordinating extensive travel arrangements, events and arrangement of meetings between executives, petty cash, and keeping accurate accounts for any expenditure are part of the role.
• Liaison with external agencies and suppliers, lawyers, travel companies to negotiate contracts and terms.
• Involvement in recruitment projects.
• Maintain and up-keep any properties and vehicles.

Excellent oral and written communication skills are considered a must. Any other language in addition to English and Greek will be considered an advantage. The successful candidate will have fast and accurate typing skills and possibly shorthand for note taking at meetings.
