Job Description
Remuneration: Very Attractive and commensurate with experience
Required Skills or Experience
Must be a qualified person with a minimum of 5 years working experience in a mining industry, with good teaching skills and literacy in basic computer operations
Must be able to operate all earthmoving equipment with basic mechanical knowledge
The qualified person must be able to provide a leading and safety based, equipment training and associated activities to all equipment operating personnel of AMS and subcontractors to optimize operator productivities, and minimize equipment damage
Knowledge of Environmental Management System relevant to Company operations
Must be knowledgeable in Mines and Safety and Inspection Act and Regulations (Surface Mining)
Capabilities:
The person must be fit and capable to perform on any AMSG site
Ability to meet site requirements; work long hours in remote locations
