techniques increases their harvest. To further equip Tubura to make Rwandan
smallholder farmers more prosperous, we are looking for applicants that are

different roles on our team.

strong sense of serving others. Safety and sanitary is vital to our team while
we serve our farmers, our teams need proper and professional safety and
sanitary services and in order to better achieve this the teams doing the work
must have good management and leadership, your role as Safety and Sanitary
Manager will oversee our guarding, cleaning teams do a great job of supporting
the rest of the team.

Your
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise
and manage all the organization’s guards in all regions, make sure they are
present at work and performing properly with the exception of KK guards
where they are present.
- Making
sure they are equipped with the tools they need to execute their duties
- This
means guards and district offices, regional hubs, warehouses and field
trials
- Supervise
and manage the cleaning and gardening teams at all our offices
- Making
sure they have all the tools they need to do their work properly
- Making
sure they are motivated and support to do their work
Our
requirements
requirements
- Commitment
to living in a rural area for an extended period of time.
- Ability
and willingness to travel 2-3 days a week in rural areas depending on
project.
- Excellent
command of English or French- and Kinyarwanda
- Intermediate
to advanced computer skills: intermediate typing, intermediate Microsoft
Word skills, intermediate excel skills.
- Top
performing academic background
- At
least 2 years work experience
- At
least 1 year team management experience
