manage this growth, we are looking for “New Products Trial Manager” to
start as soon as possible.

manage this growth, we are looking for “New Products Trial Manager” to
start as soon as possible.
Duties
and Responsibilities
and Responsibilities
- You
will be responsible for managing between 2 and 10 new products officers,
depending on the project. Team management activities include: - Leading
the weekly team meeting, preparing agendas and presenting to the group; - Leading
excellent trainings on trial methods and activities; - Conducting
frequent field visits to follow up on project activities and provide
professional development to team members, including providing immediate
feedback on performance; - Collecting
and analyzing KPIs (weekly performance indicators) and using them to
improve team performance; - Conducting
bi-annual performance reviews for all officers that report to you. - Executing
actions plans to evaluate new products and services through focus groups,
surveys, and market research; - Collecting,
organizing, and occasionally analyzing data that results from the project
action plans, using basic Excel abilities (data entry, basic functions); - Organization
and security of all project materials, including products; - Assisting
in the introduction of new products and services to Tubura’s core
program, including developing strategy around logistics, field and office
systems and trainings; - Communicating
proactively to your manager, preparing a professional update on the
week’s activities, and sharing all information relevant to your projects’
success, including proposed solutions to challenges; - Handing
client questions and concerns with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s
degree from a recognized University or Higher Learning Institution; - Basic
Microsoft Excel and Data Analysis skills: Comfortable manipulating large
data sets, using basic functions, etc; - Solid
working experience, preferably in project management with experience of
leading teams; - Fluent
in Kinyarwanda as well as English and/or French; - Leadership
skills and ability to build good team relationships; - Creative
thinker, proactive, humble, and trustworthy.
