Omolayole, soon after he retired from the services of Lever Brothers Nigeria PLC. Where he had worked for almost 27 years, the last 10 as its Chairman and Managing Director. He was the first indigenous Chairman of the Company.
This consultancy firm was set up primarily to make available to Government, Companies and international Agencies the experience which the founder had accumulated over nearly three decades of activities as a Management thinker, practitioner and writer, and the knowledge acquired in such famous institutions of learning as the University of Ibadan , Oxford University and Harvard Business School .

JOB TITLE: G.M. OPERATIONS (aged: 35-45years)
JOB REQUIREMENT
1st degree in physical science/production engineering obtained from the institution
Or
1st degree in social/management sciences, and an MBA gained from the institution
Must possess at least 5-6years post certificate production in a manufacturing company attaining H.O.D. status
Note: total remuneration packages: N7.5million per annum plus a car and driver
JOB TITLE: CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER (aged: 35-40years)
JOB REQUIREMENT
BSC/HND in accounting or any other numerate or economics course
Must possess professional certificates such as: ACA, ACCA or other known professional bodies
Minimum of 7years finance experience in a manufacturing company
Good knowledge of accounting packages and Microsoft office suite
Note: total remuneration packages: N5.0million per annum
JOB TITLE: CHIEF INTERNAL AUDITOR (aged: 35-40-5years)
REQUIREMENT
Degree/HND in accounting obtained from the institution
Must possess professional certificates such as: ACA, ACCA etc
Minimum of 6years post certificate experience of which at least 3years
Must be at top management position as an auditor in a manufacturing company
Must also have experience in auditing gained from the an auditing company
Note: total remuneration packages: N4.5million per annual
