1.BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

1.1.Job Purpose
Pursue and acquire new strategic customers by promoting
the value of our services, Develop and manage a list of potential customers via
follow ups, networking, customer referrals and other innovative means of
developing business.


1.1.Qualifications and Experience
•Must have marketing experience and have a similar
position for at least 3 years.

•Have good management skills and be able to provide
leadership

•Motor Trade experience would be an added advantage

2.CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

2.1.Job Purpose
Liaising with the customer regards, written
quotes/estimates, repair work, any additional work to be carried out. Handing
customer quires regards work done and any complaints regarding the quality of
the work. , Custodian of all service records for individual

/corporate clients and following up on the due date
for the next service dates.

2.2.Qualifications and Experience
•Applicant must have at least 2 years of experience
in a client relationship environment at a managerial level.

•Must have good communication skills, automotive
industry will be an added advantage.

3.WORKSHOP MANAGER

3.1.Job Purpose
Handing out work to technicians, Auto mechanic,
Panel Beater and Spray painter, Welder and Auto Electrician to ensure smooth
running of the workshop.

3.2.Qualifications and Experience
•Must be a fully qualified commercial vehicle
technician with excellent leadership skills

• Motor Trade experience is essential
•Must have a proven track record in running a
successful fast paced automotive workshop

•Have good management skills and be able to provide
leadership for the vehicle technicians.

SALARY: Basic + productivity – based bonus and
incentives
