and Western Australia.

and the Northern Territory. As an ASX listed company we have a large
portfolio of current works and undertake a mixture of multi-residential
projects and commercial projects ranging from $1m to $100m and are currently
expanding our business and team in North Queensland to better service our
existing and future clients.
To
be considered for this position, you will be expected to have:

- A
minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role and have industry related
Tertiary qualifications. - Extensive
experience in managing projects both residential and commercial including
in remote locations on mainland Australia and/or off-shore. - Have
demonstrated proficiency in maintaining key client relationships. - You
must have a positive attitude, be a team player and leader, have the drive
and motivation to take on all opportunities and achieve industry
excellence whilst being results focused and be task oriented. - Excellent
written and verbal communication skills. - Strong
technical background and trade experience an advantage.
You
will be required to monitor and report on construction deliverables including
reporting to General Manager.

tasks will include:

- Ensuring
financial reporting and budget tracking is maintained and accurate. - Working
with the estimating department to develop new business opportunities. - Ensuring
all construction activities are delivered on time and to the highest
quality standard while maintaining safe construction sites to Federal Safety
level.
