Procurement office. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders who
choose to attend at 10h30. The bids will remain valid for 30 days starting from
the deadline for their submission is on 30th November 2017 at 10h30 and
opening will take place on the same day at 11h00

• Meet
  all technical expertise required in conducting drilling activities for
  their personnel and handle of the drilling equipment,
• Company
  or group of individuals should be willing to transfer knowledge and
  technology to NML staff that will be attached to them during drilling
  assignment.
• Willing
  to work under full supervision of the client

• An
  undergraduate degree in Geology and/or a Master’s degree in the same
  field,
• Post
  graduate training in Drilling engineering would be an added advantage,
• A
  minimum of 5 and 3 years work experience in drilling projects of
  exploration and development respectively.
• Experience
  in mineral exploration in pegmatite/granite environment,
• Delivering
  mineral drilling exploration services on time,
• Strong
  track record in drilling skills and knowledge transfer
• Evidence
  of international research, institutional collaboration, staff/ equipment
  development and consultancy marketing beneficial to Ngali Mining Ltd.
• Experience
  in implementation of drilling project,
• Ability
  to simultaneously manage multiple project teams and content specialists
  such as scientific, drilling, borehole geology and well logging both on
  site and in office.
• Good
  understanding of mineral development and implement strategy.
• Evidence
  of strong leadership skills with a strong people management,
• Ability
  to work systematically to attain organizational goals and results,
• IT
  literate –scientific & planning software knowledge

  driller should have A1 or undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering
  or related fields,
• Having
  preliminary skills on driving heavy machinery, drilling rig, bulldozer,
  cranes etc.
• Having
  worked on a drilling rig or related machinery would be an added value,
• Ready
  to join the teams on site immediately,

  – Uses intuition and experience to handle drilling rigs in operation.

  operations,

  technicians– This involves daily planning of activities with his staff,

   BID SHALL COMPRISE THE FOLLOWING:

• Bid
  submission form and price schedules well printed and properly organized.
• Copy
  of trading license for Companies and not applicable to individuals
• Tax
  Clearance from RRA for local Companies not applicable to individuals
• Tax
  Clearance from RSSB for local Companies not applicable to individuals
• Experience
  in this field of work (provide experience certificates or letters of good
  services)
• Be
  ready to start immediately.
• Prices
  should be based on meters drilled horizontally or vertically for drillers,
  drilling technician and experts.
• It’s
  accepted for Driller to be and expert but separate the cost for Expert
  supervision and drilling service.
• The
  prices given at this time will govern the tender for the rest of one year
  and the service will be given at any given time that we shall have bore
  holes to drill for exploration
