Job Description
The Candidate will be responsible for following activities:
1. Conducting As-Is study, Gap Analysis
2. Preparation of To-Be process documents
3. Presentations to the client on the documents and system and receiving feedback from them
4. Preparation of various project documents
5. Liaising with the offshore team for the necessary customisation and process mapping to meet the client requirement.
6. Conducting training for the users
7. Providing ongoing support.
Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate should have following skills:
– Good communication and managerial skills. Proficiency in English is must.
– Good documentation skills.
– Minimum experience of 4-10 years out of which 4 years should be in IT industry.
– Experience in procurement domain and in dealing with Government Clients will be an added advantage.
– Dynamic personality with the ability to interact face to face with Customers
Graduate in any discipline.
MS Office, MS project, Proficiency in Internet is must.
