As the face of our
Parkville Branch you’re the first point of contact for a range of customer
enquiries and transactions. It’s our expectation that you will have quality
conversations over the counter with our customers, matching the right product
and service to the needs of the customer. This role has a large degree of
sales, so it’s important your comfortable identifying needs and making the
right recommendations to our customers.
About your role:
- Timely
processing of all transactions and customer enquiries. - Create
a positive customer experience for every customer. - Identify
sales opportunities that add value for our customers. - Refer
customers to product specialist in each store.
