Manager – Nampak Malawi
This is a senior
position reporting directly to the Managing director
Position requires an
independent, self starter with proven HR leadership and mentorship skills
A University degree
from a recognised and internationally accredited institution in Human Resource
Management or in Industrial Relations, Experience at senior human resource
management level with a sound understanding of Malawi Labour legislation
Will be responsible
for among other duties, managing Human Resources Department in line with the
company’s policies and procedures in order to ensure the efficient management
of the company’s resources through
The management of
all aspects of the company’s HR operations, systems and procedures in line with
the strategic objectives of the company, Liaising with fellow heads of departs
on human resource planning and management, Maintenance and periodic review of a
performance management system in line with the company’s policy, Conducting
periodic training needs assessments and monitoring of staff training and
development, Ensuring balanced deployment of right calibre of staff throughout
the organisation, Attending to staff welfare issues and pension scheme,
Creating an environment that is conducive to innovation and continuous
improvement, Maintaining company’s administrative system and outsourcing
functions
