Responsible
for Planning, Leading, Organising and Supervising the day to day activities of
the workshop, Controlling the quality of repairs, implementation of HSSE
standards and performance appraisal of subordinates

the workshop, Controlling the quality of repairs, implementation of HSSE
standards and performance appraisal of subordinates
Leading a
group of 30 employees to achieve the company’s goals, To ensure diagnostic,
maintenance, servicing and repair work is carried out to the highest standards
of safety and quality as per set standards, Ensure jobs are fairly consistently
and correctly allocated to e technicians, To ensure that materials and
equipment are used efficiently and labour is optimised, To control and
supervise staff in the use of equipment tools and best repair methods, To
create an environment of high team spirit and that best practices are achieved,
To ensure that all work is of the highest quality to meet customer needs and
satisfaction, To assist HR dept with interviews and appraisals of technical
staff, To ensure compliance of HSSE and all relevant regulations and company
policies, To assist in any other duties assigned by the management
group of 30 employees to achieve the company’s goals, To ensure diagnostic,

Must have
minimum 3 yrs experience in the same position, Must have ability to work in
both Mechanical and Body Shop (Panel Beating and Spray Painting)

Degree in
Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent, Any additional relevant
qualifications will be an advantage

Experience
and knowledge in workshop operations, Computer literate, Excellent
communication skills, Able to resolve conflicts and differences in opinion,
Organised and good team player, Good leadership and management skills with
ability to motivate others
