are a small mortgage broking business lo

oking for a motivated, independent
digital communications assistant with an emphasis on focused online presence.

Our
small team of 4 staff enjoy a casual, fun office environment however understand
the need to perform our key administrative tasks is essential and will always
take priority.
Key
responsibilities will include
  • Planning
    for digital communication activities
  • Maintenance
    of Website, Facebook, Instagram and Blog
  • Improvement
    of Google Rankings
  • Google
    and Facebook Review referrals
  • Email
    Newsletters
  • Liaising
    and working with our Franchise Marketing Department
  • General
    Administration Tasks (as required)
To
be considered for this position you will possess
  • Excellent
    ability to prioritise work loads
  • An
    outstanding work ethic
  • Demonstrated
    up to date Digital Communications experience
  • Impeccable
    communication skills both written and verbal
  • The
    ability to work well as part of a team in a small but changing environment
  • Intermediate
    to Advanced skills in MS Office and working with a Database
  • Own
    transport
