1.1.Key Performance Areas (Duties &
Responsibilities)
•To ensure that all incoming invoices are accurately
matched to supporting documentation, recorded and submitted to relevant
departments for further processing
•Attend to all queries that relate to invoices
submitted for processing
•To carry out any other duties as assigned by the
supervisor
1.2.Qualifications & Experience
•O’Level
•Computer Literate – Microsoft Office
•3 years experience as Stores Clerk, preferably in
a mining or construction environment
1.3.Competencies
•Good inter-personal skills
•Good understanding of Microsoft excel and spread
sheets
•Analytical and logical thinking
•Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
•Trust worthy
•Maintaining effective relationship
