Description
As
Leader Technical Network you are responsible to manage the
day-to-day planning, operation and problem solving of the technical network
team. You will take overall managerial responsibility for a team of
Coordinators and will:
· Supervise network of Coordinators and assure Installations
and Maintenance Cases are solved on time
· Oversee the service structure and the development of
Technician network throughout the country
· Be the Interface to other departments such as Distribution,
Customer Care, or Customer Finance
· Conduct staff performance monitoring and development;
setting objectives, training and recruiting
· Ensure all coordinators are provided with the necessary
working equipment
· Manage file arrangement and documentation for easy flow of
information

· Bachelor/Engineering degree with technical background
· Minimum of 1 year experience in coordinating and mentoring
a team
· Excellent communication skills
· Confident in the use of Excel
· Strong sense of urgency and deadline driven
· Effective team membership skills and high level of
interpersonal skills
· Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda
· Driving license category B is a plus
