To
support our team in Rwanda, Mobisol is looking for a Head of Sales and
Marketing (m/f)
Location:
Kigali
As
Head of Sales and Marketing at Mobisol, you will be responsible to drive the
sales strategy for the Country Office and oversees its implementation, focusing
on enabling all sales channels and achieving quality sales and an excellent
customer experience.

YOUR TASKS
  • Ensuring that sales teams across
    the country make sales
  • Ensuring that sales teams across
    the country make high quality sales Developing and implementing strategy
    that is focused on high quality sales and a low default rate
  • Sales teams run effective sales
    campaigns, and enabling targeted below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities
    in cooperation with the Marketing Specialist BTL
  • Oversee the smart use and
    quality of all field activities, including below-the-line marketing
    activities, to achieve Mobisol awareness and sales goals
  • Building and retaining a strong
    and high performing sales team
  • Developing new and innovative
    ways of selling to the target customer in collaboration with Head of
    Marketingand D&E
OUR
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Sales, Marketing,
    Business Administration or related field
  • Master of Business
    Administration is a plus
  • Proven record of building and
    managing a geographically dispersed yet cohesive team with a positive
    team culture
  • Excellent skills in sales and
    market analysis, generating and applying insights for growing sales
  • Ability to excel in a fast
    growing start-up environment
  • Passion for Mobisol´s vision to
    plug in the world
  • Establishing national sales plan
  • Preparing and submitting monthly
    sales forecast, and monitoring sales performance against forecast to
    review the national sales plan as necessary
    and
    appropriate
  • Developing national sales
    strategy to maximize sales through existing sales channels and build new
    channels in alignment with the Head of Marketing
  • Planning and adhering to the
    department budget
  • Developing sales operational
    management (e.g. roles, policies and processes) in department,
    synchronizing with Head of Sales of other CO where applicable
  • Develop synergetic sales &
    marketing strategy
  • Analysing sales and market
    trends, applying insights for sales strategy and triggering sales growth
    in close collaboration with Head of Marketing
  • Strong sales acumen and at least
    10 years of professional experience with a track record of successful
    sales or marketing
  • Outstanding leadership skills
    and at least 5 years of experience in management positions
  • Proven commercial awareness and
    ability to plan and manage budgets
  • Excellent communication and
    organizational skills
  • Dynamic self-starter with high
    energy and strong initiative
  • Willing to travel regularly
    domestically
  • Fluency in the CO language;
    fluency in English
