Sales Administrator – Retail
Mississauga
* Set up and maintain all customer files
* Coordinate and distribute sales information to both internal and external National Account team members
* Maintain consistent, timely communication with the Field Sales / Service Team
* Provide copies of new store purchase orders to the Account Manager, Field Sales Manager, and designated Field Sales Representative
* Monitor daily orders to ensure that we are shipping within our stated lead times and within the requested ship and / or arrival dates
* Act as front-line contact for Customer Service to address errors in national account orders
* Track customer purchases on a monthly basis to determine allocation of various business support funds
* Maintain a central business support file
* Manage inventory of account-specific fact tags
* Track and catalogue national account flyer activity
* Maintain a retail price matrix, a promotional price matrix, and promotion price request forms
* Relieve switchboard
* Assume Vermont / American duties, such as:
o Monitoring and managing the V/A and Private Label inventory for Sears Canada
o Ensuring that Sears orders are shipped on time and complete
o Managing the purchase and receiving of Sears inventory on SAP system
o Fielding and addressing store inquiries in a timely fashion
o Completing set-up forms online for newly listed items.
As Sales Administrator – Retail, you will make the most of your:
• college or university degree, preferably in Administration or Business
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• well developed organization skills
• working knowledge of SAP, and MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
