to the Advisor to the Minister/AG and carry out the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities

Support the Minister/AG’s office on administrative issues
•
Receive, select and prioritize urgent documents before submission to the Minister/AG
•
Record and file all soft and hard copies of documents of the Office
•
• Liaise with the Advisor of the Minister/AG and assist in the preparation and scheduling of different meetings • Prepare and handle all official correspondences in close collaboration with the Advisor of the Minister/AG |
A1 in Secretarial Studies or other relevant field with 2 years
working experience

Main responsibilities :
•
Receive, screen, register and route correspondences;
•
Provide information to callers/visitors/other staff members;
•
Type and format programme documents/letters/notes/memos etc, based on draft provided by the Coordinator;
•
Draft simple and routine correspondences;
•
Make copies of important documents/letters, filing and distribution compile and prepare background materials;
•
Take minutes for the JRLOS Secretariat weekly management meeting;
•
Any other secretarial task as assigned by the coordinator |

Community Programmes, Human Rights And Legal Services

MAJ/GBV (gender based Violence)
|
•
Receive and assess complaints from children and women on justice delivery ;
•
Make regular follow up of the children in conflict with the law in the courts and in detentions;
•
Collaborate with competent authorities for the good protection of the child rights;
•
Conduct regular awareness campaigns for fight against gender-based violence and violence against children;
•
Create the appropriate environment that can help clients / beneficiaries to familiarize themselves with the laws and conventions on the prevention and protection of children against violence;
•
Make filling of all documents treated;
•
Assist the Maj coordinator on district level to produce documents and reports requested;
•
Perform with zeal, loyalty, dedication and integrity of the work entrusted to him/her by the Ministry of Justice;
•
Perform other duties assigned by his/her superior to accomplish MAJ mission. |
Master or Equivalent in Law with 2 year working experience or A0
in Law with 3 year working
experience
