Job title : Invoice auditors
Main duties and responsibilities
• Audits invoices for services provided to mutuelle members transferred to referral hospitals ;
• Makes the registration of bills of services verified
• Corrects disputed invoices and monitors use of tariffs proposed by the Ministry of Health (health and tariff acts of drugs and consumables) ;
• Detects fraud and informs the concerned officials (inherent benefit fraud inherent to service users) ;
• Monitors the average cost of services at the hospital
• Prepares verification reports ;
• Submit verified invoices o the MOH for payment
Required minimum qualification
• Rwandan nationality
• Qualification, Experience and skill bachelor degree, preferably with bac or related field
