MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS AND COOPERATION
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation would like to recruit qualified
candidates to apply for the following posts:
Responsibilities/
Attributions
1. Provide administrative support to the Director General;
2. Take care of general office management and administration;
3. Make appointments and arrange meetings as well as keep the diary of
the Director General;
4. Follow-up all important work schedules to ensure that they meet the
deadlines;
5. Centralize all activities and reports from the departments;
6. Perform secretariat work (typing, filing, records management,
7. Receive incoming correspondences and dispatches outgoing mall to and from
the Director General and between the management and departments;
8. Act as a public relations officer and to ensure relations with the Press;
9. Monitor the procurement needs and process of the Directorate
10. Do any other duties as assigned by relevant authorities.
Requirements
– A University Degree preferably in Public Administration Social Sciences or
Arts with;
– At least 1 year working experience In similar positions;
– Fluent in written and spoken Kinyarwanda, French and English.
– The knowledge of the two language constitutes an added advantage;
– Advanced communication and interpersonal skills;
– Good MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint Skills.
– Good Planning &Organisation.
