MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS AND COOPERATION
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation would like to recruit qualified
candidates to apply for the following posts:
Responsibilities/
Attributions
1. Ensure fast and accurate computer-capturing documents and malls of the
institution which are processed by the central Secretariat
2. Produce documents in ad hoc formats in order to facilitate work of
responsible persons and within a quality-based spirit for corporate identity of
the Institution.
3. Register mails and documents In the secretary’s computer
4. Participate in mail recording, mails-in / mails-out and – make sure that
their dispatching system and routing within the Institution is smoothly
operational.
5. Carry out recording of archives, files and documents
6. Do any other duties as assigned by relevant authorities.
Requirements
– A1 In Secretariat with a computer knowledge
– 2 years’ experience in secretariat
– Fluent in written and spoken English Kinyarwanda, French and.
– The knowledge of the two language constitutes an added advantage
– Good MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint Skills & Outlook
– Strong Interpersonal Skills with high professionalism;
– Excellent Customer Service Ethics and high expectations for quality;
– Positive and dynamic attitude & high Integrity;
– Excellent Oral and written communication skills.
