JOB PROFILES
- Writing Verbal notes requesting visas for
officials of Government of Rwanda going abroad - Inform our Embassy abroad of their arrival
- Examine the requests of Exonerations of taxes
and VAT for Diplomats and functionaries of International Organizations. - Verify or control the application of
international conventions signed by The Republic of Rwanda regarding
Privileges and Immunities. - Have an updated list of national day for the
country members of the UN - Reduction of Congratulation messages or
sympathies letters whenever is necessary. - Follow up of the request of Agreement for
Foreign Ambassadors and Consul (Letters to NSS, Premature etc). - Preparation of Letters of Rwandese candidates
Ambassadors abroad. - Write Credential letters, Brevets for Consuls
and exequaturs and mail them to their destination. - Any other job assigned by the Director of
Protocol
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- AO International Relations,
- Political science, Communication or other
relevant field Ability to demonstrate - Administration skills and a strategic
leadership; - 2 years of experience
