THE OPPORTUNITY

your career in Marketing with a growing Digital Real Estate business?
 Want to work with an amazing team of sales, analytics and operations

to the Director, Real Estate, you will work collaboratively and
cross-functionally with Homefinder’s team of experts to build the Homefinder.ca
brand.  This is an incredible opportunity for a someone with an education
in Marketing to start their career, leveraging their existing knowledge and
skill sets, as well as developing a breadth of expertise in the digital
industry.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Create sales collaterals, from conceptual
    development and messaging, through to implementation, in collaboration
    with the Homefinder.ca team.
  • Develop expertise with AdTech, Omniture, Google
    and internal back-end systems to extract and analyze data; provide reports
    on clients’ campaign performance.
  • Coordinate takeover campaigns by obtaining client
    requirements, directing the fulfillment team on creative designs, and ad
    trafficking.
  • Provide recommendation on conversion optimization
    in collaboration with the team, recommending strategies to improve conversion
    rates.
  • Create marketing campaign design and messaging
    for new site launches and new Homefinder promotions.
  • Coordinate with the Digital Commerce Marketing
    team for acquisition campaigns to generate new subscribers.
  • Assist in identifying real estate and home
    related content, research sources, and collaborate with the team to
    integrate highly engaging content onto the site.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • Strong analytical skill sets.
  • Working knowledge of the complete Microsoft
    Office suite, with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
    with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
    skills.
  • An understanding of the digital marketing
    universe, including concepts, trends and acquisition strategies.
  • Superior communication skills with the ability to
    interface with multiple levels.
  • An undergraduate degree in Marketing or related
    field.
  • Experience in a sales support, marketing,
    advertising or digital media role a definite asset.
