Looking for a midwife to be based in Accra with frequent travel to Kumasi. Other national and international travel necessary.
Ensure the clinical quality of all private providers within our BlueStar Healthcare Network delivering family planning and reproductive health services by;
Developing and maintaining a good relationship with all private providers in the network
Performing periodic clinical assessments within the private clinics and maternity homes
Running necessary clinical training for private providers as well as hands on supervision and orientation

Required Skills or Experience
Person must:
Be an experienced midwife with qualification from a recognised institution
Be energetic and enthusiastic
Have good coaching/teaching skills
Be proficient in computer skills and be able to write good reports
