The Role
This is an opportunity for a Leading hand to
work on a large scale apartment
build, based on the cusp of Sydney CBD. This builder has work booked up until
mid 2017, and have grown themselves to become one of Sydney’s most reputable
medium density apartment builders. The role will work alongside the Foreman and
you will be responsible for leading by example with the subcontractors on site.
What you get…
This is a position of growth. This builder will invest ‘hands-on’ training into
you to get you to Site Management opportunities within a 5 year period. You
will be given all the necessary tool to do the job, including a phone and a
laptop, and will have a salary that can match any tier one offering.
Ideally you
will bring to the role…
- 2- 3
years Experience as a Leading Hand working on Apartment projects - Strong
Communication Skills - Dealing
client and sub contractors - Assisting
the Site Manager with day to day tasks. - Must
have a carpentry trades background
