for their factory site in Minto (South-West Sydney).

About the role:
This
position is to situated at this organisation’s Minto factory & distribution
centre.
You would be responsible for (but not be limited to):
- scheduling
& management of a portfolio of raw & packaging materials,
minimising risk, costs, budgets/targets etc. & maximising improvement
through review, analysis & ordering assumptions - contribution
to business performance by effective management of inventory levels,
supplier costs, customer service, and delivering innovation - identify
risks & develop contingency plans to support production - coordinate
supply chain activities related to new product launch & deletion, etc. - maintain
strong key stakeholder relationships, both internal & external, also
supporting to resolve operational issues quickly - maintain
data integrity of planning processes & systems
About the
successful candidate:
This position will
suit someone who:
- has a
minimum of 1 Year Experience in a similar position - have
demonstrated understanding of Supply Chain planning principles &/or production
of Finished Goods - ideal
experience in FMCG industry - experience
using SAP (ECC, BW & PLM), or similar CMS/ERP - have a
qualification in Engineering (or Science or Commerce) (desireable, not
essential) - excellent
communicator with ability to build rapport & effectively maintain
multiple stakeholder relationships - minimum
Intermediate user of Microsoft EXCEL (and others MS Office) - strong
problem solving, analytical, & interpersonal skills - ability
to make applied, informed, business decisions that have immediate impact
on the business performance
