Our Client, an MNC, requires a Manager – IC Test Development (East)
Summary:
Oversees the planning, development and implementation of complex new and /or improved Analog and/or Power management characterization and production test solutions. Ensures that new and existing products are running efficiently. Ensures the effective use of materials, equipment and personnel in providing quality product at minimum costs. Acts as a liaison with other departments in releasing new products. Support Products, Design and Factory engineering groups in IC test definition, validation and implementation. Provides continuous improvement in the area of IC Test techniques and methodology.
Requirements:
• Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
• A minimum of 10 years of Test Development in analog / mixed signal area.
• Working knowledge of current test platforms. Credence ASL 1000 preferred.
• Must be able to speak fluently in Mandarin (for business communications)
