Our client is an international organization with a strong team of real estate professionals. They have a significant account with a major industrial conglomerate seeking to expand their presence in Asia.
Based in Singapore and covering Asia Pacific, they are currently looking for a Manager to manage all aspects of their corporate real estate matters. Working closely with their client and the Account Director, you will participate in the entire transaction process and managing their real estate needs, including their expansion plans across Asia. Resourceful with strong analytical and negotiation skills, you will tap on their other regional offices to identify opportunities for potential spaces and lead the lease negotiation.
The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of relevant experience in corporate real estate managing commercial properties. Regional experience in Asia will be an advantage. Being an excellent communicator, you should be detailed-oriented with an analytical mind and a strong ability to manage people and processes.
