Since the inception of its postgraduate programmes, over 4,000 doctors and other professionals have obtained the Master of Medicine (M.Med degree) and
Graduate Diplomas in the various specialties and clinical skills.

Manager/ Assistant Manager (Operations)
Responsibilities:
To oversee and manage examination & course matters including
• Overseeing the Division’s role and functions for Postgraduate Examinations and Courses;
• Supervising, coaching and managing the team’s performance in
o Identifying their Key Performance Indicators.
o Overseeing examination marks and reports;
o Communicating with students, internal departments and external institutions on examination matters; and
• Reviewing of examination policies and processes at regular intervals for continuous improvement to meet the needs of the Division and the University;
• Administering the implementation process for any new postgraduate and graduate diploma programmes, from its inception to Senate and MOE approval; and
• Assisting in any other duties/tasks as assigned by the Director/Deputy Director/Divisional Manager.
Requirements:
• At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the relevant areas;
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
• Possess multi-tasking ability, is meticulous and organized.
