Key
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Delivery
and assessment of National training packages in Meat processing to various
meat processing facilities across Australia incorporating classroom and on
the job delivery. - Meet
document deadlines and compliance requirements. - Liaising
with customers, supervisors and managers to meet their training needs.
Requirements:
- Excellent
presentation and organisational skills. - Advanced
communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Strong
positive problem solving and conflict resolution skills. - Ability
to work unsupervised and use your own initiative in complex situations.
Education
and Experience:

- Certificate
IV in Training and Assessment TAE40110 - Current
qualification in Meat Processing and/or Meat Safety. - Working
with Children Card - Requires
current knowledge and experience within the meat processing industry. - Experience
working in both Beef and Lamb processing plants would be beneficial.
