Job Purpose
To manage the financial aspects of the business and group companies, establishing how each group company is performing, formulating budgets and reporting on what needs to be achieved in the future, ensuring the business is operating at maximum profitability.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Manage the financial outlook and result process for the unit including sales, costs and operating expenses
• Prepare management accounts, cashflow and variance analysis for financial data
• Financial appraisal of new projects
• Monitoring of performance
• Develop and maintain appropriate financial controls
• Review Customer and product profitability analysis
• Monitor the performance and effectiveness of promotional and advertising programs
• Assist in budgeting processes and IT maintenance
• Develop detailed financial models to both report on the Company’s current financial situation and also for use in forecasting
• Providing sales and marketing teams with financial evaluations of new business proposals and advertising programs
• Work with the London Marketing and Operations Teams

Experience & Education
The role holder will be a qualified accountant (CPA)ideally from previous education environment who is looking for the opportunity to develop and an autonomous skill set within a dynamic and successful organization. Hands on approach and eyes to detail are essential.
