Operating at Assistant Vice President level the successful candidate will join the department which It services all operational aspects of several billion pounds worth of commercial loans denominated in a variety of different currencies.
The corporate loans issued are used for acquisition and trade financing as well as to revolving facilities.
Specific duties for this role include:
-Assist in handling loan portfolio specific functions, including interpretation of loan documentation as well as managing the daily trade workflows and ensuring all loan trading positions are kept in line with agent records
-Ensure the team’s daily work is checked, approved and that all control checks are executed
-Develop and maintain customer relationships at a senior level
-Ensure compliance with policy for all administrative agency activities including fee collection
-Monitoring the performance of their team, identifying areas for improvement
For this role a background in syndicated/corporate loans is an advantage, however, our client is seeking a strong people manager with a proven experience in investment banking operations.
Previous track record in process improvements would also be beneficial
