Life Skills Program Officer is responsible for planning, implementing and
monitoring all aspects of the Life Skills Program. The Life Skills Program
activities include but are not limited to working with youth, parents,
community members, schools, health centers, businesses and counselors to
develop and execute life skills training and facilitation across the community.
These facilitations include but are not limited to lessons, seminars,
workshops, debates, plays, group discussions, group and club formation, and
exposure visits amongst others. The aim of the Life Skills Program is to
provide the opportunity for participants to develop the knowledge, skills, and
attitudes necessary to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of
everyday life and to help them make decisions that can protect their health and
wellbeing and provide them with the best possible opportunity to determine
their own futures.

groups, and other NGO’s and CBO’s to ensure the successful implementation of
the Life Skills Program
