Our client is a renowned law firm with more than 20 presences worldwide specialized in providing multi-jurisdictional law advice principally in the fields of corporate law and corporate finance. Exciting opportunities has arisen in as the legal Secretary and engage in the following duties below:
Position Title: Legal Secretary

Job Responsibilities
• Provide Secretarial and Administrative Support to the Legal Director Ensure the Department Updates The List
• Assist in the Daily Operations in a Systematic Process
• Monitor the Department’s Storage Space thru Archiving and Revamping Storage Space
• Assist the Lawyers in Preparing Reports and Processing of Legal Documentation
• Assist in the Review of Proof-reading Simple or Standard-form Documents Confidentiality and Bank Guarantees before Counsel’s Review
Job Requirements
• Offshore Law Firm Background Desired
• Corporate Banking Knowledge is An Advantage
• IT Savvy and Familiar with MS Office
• Working Knowledge of Corporate Banking
• Familiar with Financial Rules and Legal Practice
