To be considered for this role you must have a strong retail background, have a strong track record in managing people, and be an excellent performance manager.
You will remove barriers to enable your team to deliver to the business through good process and stakeholder management. You will manage senior stakeholders and contribute to the shaping of the UK Retail People Strategy and Plan. You will bring world class thought leadership to this role and will inform the functions future thinking and decision making through conducting internal and external research, benchmarking and networking to ensure that transformation plans are future focused.
