Manager – Blantyre

Providing leadership to the banking centre that will enable all banking centre
staff provide high quality customer service that exceed clients’ expectations
at all times, Deploying all the necessary resources to ensure growth and
customer service are done to increase shareholder value measures by profit,
Ensuring that the banking centre is contributing to the overall
growth through
mobilizing the required deposits at the right cost, generating fee income and
growing loan products in line with approved budgets, Ensuring all bank risks
are managed proactively and diligently to avoid loss or the risk of fraud

Desirable Qualities
– Mature, articulate and responsible individual with extensive knowledge of
banking and business development, Highly developed entrepreneurial insight with
capacity to attract and retain customers, A professional of good standing with
the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to complete
assignments in a timely manner, Must possess excellent communication,
interpersonal and customer care skills, Must be a motivated, self starter,
dynamic and a fast learner

A minimum of post graduate qualification in any of the following banking,
accounting, business administration, finance, economics or equivalent, At least
10 yrs managerial experience in banking centre/branch setting of a bank or a
reputable commercial entity, Must be highly articulate and capable of making
presentations to a varied range of corporate clients
