HR & Admin Executive (Petaling Jaya/Malaysia)

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, training administration, performance management, employee welfare & general office administration;
• Administer work pass application, renewal & cancellations;
• Participate in government annual surveys;
• Assist in the coordination of admin facilities for all new joiners, including work station allocation, creating of staff profile, employee badge, email ID activation, orientation and office familiarization;
• Handle insurance claims and work closely with insurance brokers;
• Liaise with external vendors on office equipment repairs and maintenance;
• Prepare correspondences and letters as required;
• Perform any other HR/administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Resource Management;
• Possess a pro-active and positive work attitude, hands on experience with HR & Admin duties;
• Knowledge in Wincom Payroll 7 will be an added advantage;
• Self motivated and meticulous;
• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment;
• Independent, well organized and good understanding of the relevant employment laws and practices;
• Able to adapt well and work under pressure
• Working Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor – Malaysia
