new and existing applications including user guides, procedures and notices,
System designing and functional specifications for all IT projects, Supervision
of subordinate staff in the ICT dept

Degree in Computer Science or Information technology or related
field, A minimum of 3 yrs hands on experience that includes data processing,
hardware platform, enterprise software application, systems networking,
database design and management, web development and management, and user
support, An understanding of PHP, JAVA, MVC Linux and Windows server
administration, Proven project management experience, Self-motivated with
ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities, Strong
analytical and problem solving skills, Willingness to work occasionally outside
normal working hours, Excellent communication skill including written and oral
English
