Position: Junior Sous
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Looking for a full time cook to work from either Thursday-Monday or,
Friday-Tuesday. I can also work around your schedule and make
Friday-Sunday work if you are looking for less hours
Must have at least 5 years experien
ce, have great knife skills, be
able to follow a recipe, give creative input on new recipes, create
specials from time to time and have a general understanding and
control of a professional kitchen. This job has the potential to lead
to a managerial role in a fast growing company.
All food is made in house from scratch, is organic, sourced locally,
direct from farmers whenever possible, GMO free, dairy free and
executive chef quality. You would be working directly with two
experienced chefs. Hours are daytime hours and the position is not a
traditional restaurant, we do a bit of everything from line work to
production, to more refined plates, to large volume soups and stews.
