Responsibilities:
• To provide professional customer service in the workshop.
• Ensure that customer complaints are dealt with.
• To follow up on warranty cases and ensure proper documentation and timely submission.
• Advise on the stocking levels.
• Take proper care and pre-cautions regarding security and maintenance.
• Ensure that safety precautions are taken by himself.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports to his supervisor.
Qualifications/experience and competencies:
• Higher diploma in mechanical engineering, authoritative or related qualification.
• 7 years working in the motor industry.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literate.
